This could be not just for artists but for designers too!  Get a designer together with an artist and come up with something that would be pleasing to the eye and incorporate original art in the the outfits! Many States and cities do not have a lot of things that can bring tourists to their cities, but what if someone were to successfully do this, would it become a new thing for revenue for a city?  Maybe a one a year thing, but it would help to get people more interested in art and fashion design!   

You could have different types of categories.  A tech art design integrated into the clothes, best design using art, best art and best original outfits.  There could also be makeup artists there showing their trade and have that voted on as well!

Having people walking around with the fashions from booth to booth maybe with some indication of who the artists were that created that design. 

I had suggested this to some people, but maybe it was not the right people. 

If anyone decides to do this, i want to come too! 

Anyone have any suggestion other than those above?
